A Red Roast Beef for a Fine Dining

Red, roast, and classic...

These are the three simple words to describe our main dish in our recent dinner in a classic fine dinning restaurant in the Metro. A red roasted beef was served to us, our main dish!

Roast beef is one of a timeless, classic dish already exist long time ago in the Western countries. As they say, it originates from England. As time passes by, different recipes and different variations of roast beef were serve. Chefs and restaurants add more twists on their very own creation of roast beef.

Below is the roast beef that was served to us during our said dinner:


This roast beef was cut into circular pieces. Then a flavorful sauce was pour into it.  These small corns cut into pieces were served as our side dish. These corns were also grilled to perfection!

This roast beef was cooked for more than 1 hours and 20 minutes to achieve its flavorful taste. As they say, "it was cooked for perfection!" 

And of course, the best paired beverage for this main course is no other than a red wine! But yes, you can have your own choice of other drinks such as juices or cola.
