The Black Forest Jelly Dessert

What is your favorite dessert specially this hot summer?

Well, if we are talking about summer desserts we have the popular ice creams, salad, gelatin, cakes, fruit shakes, pearl shakes, colas, milk teas, and many more were ice and sweet are the lead ingredients.

And since summer is not over yet, I've came up with a new dessert combining two of my favorite desserts namely the black forest and the jelly or gelatin. And I've called it as the Black Forest Jelly.

And here is the finish product of my very own creation:

And now, let me share with you how I made this yummy creamy dessert which perfectly suits the summer!

First, let us prepare all the ingredients. The ingredients are the powder jelly (gulaman), a dark cocoa powder, condensed milk, a creamer, and red cherries. Also prepare your cooking equipment such as the cooking bowl, the heater, the mixer, the aluminum tray, and the dessert plate.

Once you have all your ingredients and equipment on the table, it's time to follow the following procedures:

  1. Mix the jelly and the dark cocoa powder into the cooking bowl.
  2. Add 1 liter of water in the mixture. Mix them well.
  3. Heat the mixture into your heater. Let it boil for 15 minutes.
  4. When the mixture completely boiled, let it cool for a minute and set it aside.
  5. Transfer the mixture from the cooking bowl into the aluminum tray. Set it aside and let it cool until it hardens into a jelly.
  6. When the mixture completely hardens, time to pour the condensed milk and the creamer on top of it. Mix them evenly.
  7. Get the yummy little cherries. Top them into the jelly mixture.
  8. Cut or slice the jelly into pieces. Put them on your dessert plate. Serve.

The steps are so easy right? Feel free to try my recipe in your home and let me know your feedback afterwards.

It's time to taste my very own Black Forest Jelly Dessert! The sweetness and creaminess combined in the bitterness of the dark chocolate!
