If your hungry and don’t have time to go to the market and cook (aka tinatamad) this is the best ulam for you. You can prepare menu in less than 30 minutes and best part is that it has Omega 3.
Diskarteng Ulam ala MonMon (Spicy Tuna and Hotdogs)
Ingridients:
- 1 can of spicy tuna (or vegetable oil tuna)
- 4 pcs hotdogs (chopped)
- vegetable oil / cannola oil/cooking oil (for frying)
Procedures:
Option 1:
- While cooking the rice, get the steamer and put the hotdogs.
- Prepare the tuna and put it in a bowl.
- After a 5 minutes and when the rice is cooked, get the hotdogs and put it the bowl with tuna and mix.
- And it is all done and ready to eat.
Option 2: (non steamed)
- Heat pan with atleast 3 tbsp of oil.
- Put hotdogs and fry (i’m not sure if that is the right term, basta lutuin sa mantika) until cooked.
- Put tuna in pan and continue mixing until cooked.
- And it is all done and ready to eat.
